Approach: Assess → correct → progress. Durable strength, efficient engine, clean mechanics, & recover on purpose.
Coaching Philosophy (why this works)
- Durable strength: joint-friendly loading, smart progressions.
- Engine first: build the aerobic base; then earn intensity.
- Move well: quality reps under fatigue.
- Recover hard: sleep, stress, nutrition—non-negotiable.
- Real-life fit: family, career, and training can coexist with a sane plan.
