1) 15-Min Fit Call
We align on goals, training history, health context, and real-world constraints (work, family, travel). No pressure — just a clear yes/no on fit.
2) Movement + Capacity Snapshot
We assess how you move, load, and recover. This may include a movement screen, gait review, and basic capacity testing — used to guide decisions, not label you.
3) Coaching Setup
We build your training structure, recovery priorities, and weekly rhythm so the plan fits your life — not the other way around.
4) Optional: Health Data + Supplements
If relevant, we review existing labs/data and keep supplementation simple, realistic, and purposeful. Any medical testing is coordinated through your physician or trusted partners.
5) Ongoing Coaching
Regular check-ins, adjustments, and accountability as your life and goals evolve. No fixed timelines. Just consistent guidance and real progress.
