The goal is simple: protect your schedule, protect your progress, and keep coaching consistent.

How does scheduling work?

Elite memberships reserve a weekly rhythm. Coaching may include in-person and/or remote. In-person slots are reserved when applicable.

Do sessions roll over?

No. Sessions are used weekly to keep everyone’s schedule protected. If you need time away, Continuity Status is the clean solution.

What is the cancellation policy?

You need 12 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancels are counted as used sessions.

Do remote plans include live virtual sessions?

Remote is programming + oversight delivered asynchronously across time zones. Live virtual sessions are not included and can be purchased separately based on availability. Scheduling is handled in America/New_York time.

Is performance testing included?

No. Testing is billed separately, but members receive priority scheduling and results are integrated into programming. See Performance Testing.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Yes. Changes take effect on the next billing cycle and depend on availability. If travel is the issue, a temporary downgrade or Continuity is preferred over canceling.

Can I cancel completely?

Yes — cancel anytime before your next billing date. Once billed, there are no refunds, no partial refunds, and no credits.
