Frequently Asked Questions about Private Sessions

Where do the sessions take place?

I train clients out of DBC Fitness in Miami, FL. For in-person sessions, this is the primary location. Virtual sessions are conducted live via video call (e.g., Zoom).

What is your cancellation policy?

A 24-hour advance notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged the full session rate. This applies to all sessions and packs.

What if I need sessions at my location or while traveling?

If travel is required (e.g., to your home, gym, or if I'm traveling to you), I may add a travel fee based on distance and time. This will be discussed and agreed upon upfront. For client travel, sessions can shift to virtual if needed.

How do I prepare for a session?

Come ready with your goals, any equipment if virtual, and questions. An initial assessment is not necessary but is strongly encouraged to align on your starting point. Wear comfortable workout gear and have water handy.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are handled securely through Trainerize. Prepay for singles or packs via the booking links. Credit cards and major payment methods are supported.

Do sessions expire in packs?

Packs are valid for 12 months from purchase. Use them at your pace, but priority scheduling applies to active packs.

What if I have injuries or specific needs?

Let me know in advance—I'll tailor the session to your needs. If you have an injury, medical clearance from a doctor is required before we begin. I'm not a medical professional, so this ensures safety. With all clients, I always perform a short assessment before every session to maintain a clear path toward reaching your goals and adjust as needed.
