How many days per week and how long are sessions?
Most tracks run 4–6 days/week with 30–60 minute sessions including warm-up and cooldown. Plenty of 30–35 min options for busy weeks.
Is this for beginners?
Yes. Fill out your PAR-Q so we match your goals. One program at a time with add-ons included. Not a fit? Switch in the first 2 weeks (1 change every 3 months).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage your membership on this website; cancel anytime to stop future renewals. The App Store/Google Play are for app access only.
How is this different from 1:1 coaching?
The app gives you structured programs and tracking. 1:1 coaching is a premium concierge service with assessments, personalization, and direct accountability.
Do you offer refunds?
